Working with Case Managers
Part 4: Share Your Feedback
What feedback should I share with my case manager?
You may consider sharing feedback with your case manager if:
• You think they’re doing a good job and want to tell them what you like.
• You think there are some things you’d like them to do better, and you
think they could, if you brought it to their attention.
Sharing feedback with your case manager is a good thing! They can improve
how they do their jobs if you tell them what you like about the services you
receive, and what you want to see them do differently. If you want to see
something different in your case management services, a good first step is
talking to your case manager about it.
How do I share feedback with my case manager?
If you want to share feedback with them, you could go about it in a couple of
ways:
• You could share a copy of the completed survey. This would give
them a lot of information about what they’re doing well and where they
could improve. If you share the survey with them, they may ask you
questions about your answers.
• You could have an in-person conversation about specific topics
from the survey. If you do this, then you don’t have to share
everything on the survey, but you could pick the things that are most
important to you and talk about those with them.
