What should I do with the completed survey?
After you complete the survey, take a moment to think what you learned
from it.
• Is your case manager doing something particularly well or that you
really like?
• Could your case manager improve their services in some way?
Next, consider whether you would like to share the survey feedback.
If you want to share what you learned, you could share it with:
• Your case manager
• Your case manager’s supervisor
• The company your case manager works for
If you don’t want to share what you learned, you could keep the information
to yourself.
