Change/Emerging Issues
Key Achievements:
The Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities (FCSUA) awarded $19.4
million 4 including $3.2 million in student scholarships and $16.2 million in
program grants 4 to students enrolled in 33 approved Florida Postsecondary
Comprehensive Training Programs.
Two Florida Project SEARCH Adult Model programs were sustained
post-Council funding; follow-up data showed 71383% of program completers
attained competitive, integrated employment.
The Florida Housing Coalition utilized Council-developed resources in
approximately 15 community engagement meetings and 100 Catalyst
webinars, reaching hundreds of participants with information on affordable
housing.
